After studying business in Cape Town, South Africa, Janet began her career in dental practice management in the United States. After more than a decade as a practice administrator, she worked for two national consulting firms, helping hundreds of dentists realize their practices’ potential. Janet’s experience and background gives her an innate ability to identify problem areas and develop strategies to take practices to peak performance. Janet is a dynamic speaker and her seminars for both doctors and staff have been highly praised. Janet’s articles have been published in several dental journals an she is currently writing a book on dental practice management, leadership and team motivation.
