A comprehensive practice analysis is the cornerstone
of developing an action plan for growth and profitability. Once
an initial agreement is signed, S&A staff members gather data and develop a comprehensive practice analysis.
This helps us understand the uniqueness of your practice
and areas where improvements are most needed.
After the analysis, an onsite visit is conducted. This typically consists of observation,
staff meetings, training sessions, and planning and goal setting sessions
with the doctor. Throughout the visit, the consultant is training, presenting,
providing positive feedback, and getting to know the staff.
Immediately after the site visit, the consultant will
send the doctor and staff a comprehensive action plan that focuses on
implementing the most important elements of the management system, policies
and procedures. The consultant works directly with the practice on a
weekly basis by providing regular telephone consultations and follow
up visits.
