 Janet Steward, President, will personally work with you to complete
your comprehensive practice survey, which includes identifying your personal
and professional goals and analyzing your practice's strengths, weaknesses,
and opportunities.
After your goals are clearly articulated and a comprehensive practice
analysis is completed, a consultant will visit your site for
observation, staff interviews, and staff orientation and training.
Within
a few days after the site visit, the expanded action plan report is returned
to you with constructive and actionable goals and objectives
to guide you and your staff toward success. Regular conference
calls and onsite visits ensure your practice is on track in improving profitability and meeting
your other goals. Data and graphs help you identify areas
of improvements or those that need improvements.
